Craving a smoothie?
Try this recipe for a healthy, refreshing snack or breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla flavored fat-free yogurt (I like Source)
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
4 large strawberries
1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon fat-free milk
How to Prepare:
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients for 35-40 seconds. Pour and enjoy!
I love smoothies. I used to be addicted to Smoothie King and then they closed the one nearest to me.
